Shiloh Leadership

Pastor Robert Lutz came to Shiloh Baptist Church in July of 2008. Before coming to Shiloh, he pastored in the mountains of Tennessee and in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metropolis of Texas. He has written a discipleship book entitled, Practical

Transformation. He has a Master of Divinity Degree form Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Alabama in Mobile, Alabama. He is married to Belinda, a Certified Pubic Accountant and they have three children - Braden, Denae and Andrew ranging in age form 3 to 6. On the side, Pastor Robert enjoys watching Alabama Football, reading, traveling and spending time with his family.

Music Minister. Mr. John Stuckey came to Shiloh Baptist Church in April 2005. However, Mr. Stuckey has been a part of Shiloh since Childhood being raised in the church. He has served in churches in Texas, Mississippi, Georgia and Alabama. He has a Master of Religious Education Degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth and a Bachelor of Arts Degree form the University of Mobile. He has been Married to Christie for 23 years. They have two daughters, Malorie and Hannah, ages 22 and 15. On the side, Mr. Stuckey enjoys bowling, hunting, riding ATVs and spending time with his family.

Director of Children and Preschool Ministry. Mrs. Cindy Chandler came to Shiloh Baptist Church in June of 2009. She has experience in preschool ministry as well as in the public classroom. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from the University of Mobile and a Master's Degree in School Guidance and Counseling from the University of West Alabama. She has worked for the Mobile County School System as and elementary school teacher before becoming a stay-at-home mom. She was recently recognized as PTA Parent of the Year for the Mobile County PTA. She is married to Brian, a high school counselor. They have two children - Tucker and Kaylee, ages 12 and 9. On the side, Mrs. Cindy enjoys painting, spending time at the beach, and being with her family.

Student Minister. Mr. Steen Sadler came to Shiloh Baptist Church in September 2009. He has been a student minister in both Baldwin and Mobile Counties for over 7 years. He has attended the University of Mobile studying Christian Ministries. He married Kaylee on June 7, 2008 (6-7-8). They are expecting their first child around Christmas this year. On the side, Mr. Sadler enjoys watching and playing sports as well as spending time with his wife.

Church Secretary. Mrs. Heather Nelson has the distinction of being our newest staff member coming on board in September 2009. She has been a member of Shiloh Baptist for 10 years. She has been married for 8 years to Eric, who is a medical equipment technician. On the side, she enjoys mentoring children, juggling, motor cross, and spending time with her family.

Finance Secretary. Mrs. Judy Gregg has the distinction of both being on staff and being a member of Shiloh Baptist longer than anyone else. She has been a member of Shiloh for 54 yeas and in 2010 will be celebrating her 30th anniversary on Shiloh's staff. She has been married to Dennis for 40 years. They have two children and four grandchildren ranging in ages 9 to 18. On the side, she enjoys working crossword puzzles and watching her grandchildren play softball and baseball.

Daycare Director. Mrs. Christy Patterson has been on staff since August 2008 and became Daycare Director in February 2009. She has been married for 10 years to Brad, who is a co-owner in Pat's Auto Supply. They have three children - Aiden, Matthew and Anna Claire ranging in ages from 8 to 2. On the side, Mrs. Patterson enjoys swimming, shopping, spending time with family and watching Alabama football - Roll Tide!
