
Robert Lutz
Senior Pastor
Pastor Robert Lutz came to Shiloh Baptist Church in July of 2008. Before coming to Shiloh, he pastored in the mountains of Tennessee and in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex of Texas. He has written a discipleship book entitled, Practical Transformation. He has a Master of Divinity Degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Alabama in Mobile, Alabama. He is married to Belinda, a Certified Public Accountant and they have four children - Braden (8), Denae (7), Andrew (6) and Casey (1). On the side, Pastor Robert enjoys watching Alabama Football, reading, traveling and spending time with his family.
Bruce Earnest
Worship Minister
Mr. Bruce Earnest is the newest staff member to Shiloh Baptist Church coming in August of 2010. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Music, Arts Administration in 1991 from the UMass Westfield. He also studied at the University of Miami at Salzburg College, Salzburg, Austria. Bruce received his Master of Music degree from the University of Miami in 1993. Bruce has worked in musical theatre at the University of South Dakota from 2006-2009 and at the University of Central Florida before that. He is currently Chair of the Department of Musical Theatre and Artistic Director of the Upper Room Theatre at the University of Mobile. He is married to Darla, who works with him at the University of Mobile. They have two children - Lucas (4) and Rosalie (born in November 2011). Bruce’s passion is to see God’s people worship Him in every aspect of their lives with the talents He has bestowed upon them.
Cindy Chandler
Director of Children and Preschool Ministry
Mrs. Cindy Chandler came to Shiloh Baptist Church in June of 2009. She has experience in preschool ministry as well as in the public classroom. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from the University of Mobile and a Master's Degree in School Guidance and Counseling from the University of West Alabama. She has worked for the Mobile County School System as and elementary school teacher before becoming a stay-at-home mom. She was recognized as PTA Parent of the Year for the Mobile County PTA in 2009. She is married to Brian, a high school counselor. They have two children - Tucker and Kaylee, ages 14 and 11. On the side, Mrs. Cindy enjoys painting, spending time at the beach, and being with her family.
Lee Threadgill
Student Minister
Mr Lee Threadgill came to Shiloh Baptist Church in April 2011. He is a student at the University of Mobile where he is also a member of RamCorps. He anticipates graduating from the University of Mobile in 2012.
Bud Richardson
Minister to Senior Adults
Bud Richardson is a long time member of Shiloh, joining Shiloh in the Early ‘70’s. He became the minister of Senior Adult in 2001. He holds a BS degree from the University of Southern Mississippi and a MA from the University of Alabama. Bud is a retired Elementary School principal; having served in the public schools for 33 years and in Christian education for 12 years. He and his wife, Mary Lynn, have been married for 55 years. They have two girls, Cyndi Bentley and Connie Henderson. They have been blessed with five grandchildren.
Heather Nelson
Church Secretary
Mrs. Heather Nelson came to Shiloh Baptist Church in September 2009. She has been a member of Shiloh Baptist for 12 years. She has been married for 10 years to Eric, who is a medical equipment technician. On the side, she enjoys mentoring children, riding motocross, juggling, working out and spending time with her husband and family.
Judy Gregg
Finance Secretary
Mrs. Judy Gregg has the distinction of both being on staff and being a member of Shiloh Baptist longer than anyone else. She has been a member of Shiloh for 55 yeas and has been on Shiloh's staff for over 30 years. She has been married to Dennis for 42 years. They have two children and four grandchildren ranging in ages 12 to 20. On the side, she enjoys working crossword puzzles and watching her grandchildren play softball and baseball.
Christy Patterson
Daycare Director
Mrs. Christy Patterson has been on staff since August 2008 and became Daycare Director in February 2009. She has been married for 12 years to Brad, who is a co-owner in Pat's Auto Supply. They have three children - Aiden, Matthew and Anna Claire (ages from 10, 7 and 4). On the side, Mrs. Patterson enjoys swimming, shopping, spending time with family and watching Alabama football - Roll Tide!
